How the Process Works in six steps
Design
Your designs are studied and examined properly to provide the best outcome in short time. Our in-house design team collaborates closely with customers to create and present innovative designs. We can transform your ideas into drafts, provide technical drawings, and deliver specifications promptly.
Pattern Development
We are using the latest technology CAD Systems for pattern making and size gradings. We either create the patterns based on the specs provided or work on an existing fit sample.
Sampling
For all your orders we create a prototype and ship it to you for your approval, allowing you to test and refine the functionality of your design. After the samples are approved, we will proceed to bulk production. The sampling process may happen 1-2 times depending on your requirement and requests.
Fabric, Trims and Accesory Selection
We source different types of fabrics, trims, accessories, custom labels and swing tags based on your requirements. We handle the packaging with proper techniques.
Production and Quality Control
Production takes place on our production lines and every single piece is processed with care and craftsmanship. Experienced and highly skilled technicians applies a detailed quality check process to make sure of the fit, the measurements and other details during the production and before packaging.
Delivery
When the products are ready and QC is completed we cooperate with reliable international couriers for the shipping and delivery. All the Customs and Delivery process is handled by our operation team. You dont need to worry about the shipping cost and Customs operations. You can choose between air cargo, road cargo or see cargo options according to your convenience. Our goal is to ensure that your products arrive on time and in perfect condition.
